TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We would like to introduce you to our general terms and the ordering policy of Art7.
The terms and conditions can be modified according to the individual needs of our clients.

Quantity and weight:
The minimal value of the order is 800 EUR.
The minimum quantity is 5 items for each cast design and 3 for hand made items
The weight of each product provided is approximate.
For items that we have in stock there is no minimum limitation.

Time of realisation:
The average time to fulfil an order is 4-5 weeks (time from order placement
and confirmation by us to the scheduled shipment day)
Time which is required to ship the Jewellery is up to 4 working days
depending on chosen parcel service.
The Jewellery which are available IN OUR STOCK CAN BE SHIPPED WITHIN A WEEK.

Payment:
First 3 orders are through PROFORMA Invoice (pre paid system).
